The company is into the business to manufacture, produce, process, cure, buy, sell, import, export, or otherwise deal in all kinds of cotton, woolen, rayon, silk, nylon, jute, synthetic and staple fabrics of any kind or quality and to carry on the business of ginning, sizing, combing, spinning, weaving, manufacturing, bleaching, dyeing, mercerising, calendaring, printing, polymerising or otherwise processing, preparing, working, embroidery or dealing in cloth, yarn, thread, cotton, wool, silk, jute and materials made therefrom and other synthetics, fabrics and materials.

Pursuant to an application under section 7 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The Insolvency Resolution Process against the Company commenced pursuant to the order of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench dated 07.09.2021. In the aforesaid order Mr. Gaurav Ashok Adukia, Insolvency Professional having IBBI Reg. No.: IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00457/2017-18/11293 is appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional.
